All items ordered within the UK will be dispatched the next day and you should receive your items within 3 working days.

All Items ordered within Ireland will be dispatched the next day and you should receive your items within 5 working days.

Orders or purchases created from 26/05/2021 to 14/07/2021 will not be eligible for returns/refunds.

For items that are faulty during the above dates, please browse to https://returns.gymflux.co.uk providing photographic evidence so that we can review your claim.


For all other orders outside of the above dates:


Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.


If products were purchased using Klarna, the return will need to be initiated and completed within 14 days of receiving your items.


Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.


Free gift items from Gymflux ltd cannot be exchanged with other product.


Orders purchased with a gift card with a minimum cash spend purchased, must be refunded in full to obtain gift card full amount and cash spend back. Part refunds with be return on gift card only.
Free gifts given with any orders must be returned if items from that order are returned.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we are sincerely sorry but don't worry as we have you covered!

You will need the following information:

- Your E-Mail Address

- Order Number

Choose 'Parcel Damaged on Arrival' and upload the pictures to show:

1. Gymflux label and Logo

2. Full-Length photo of the faulty item

3. Clear photo of the product fault.

If your item was damaged during delivery, please get in touch within 7 days with photographic evidence (as stated above) and we will get it sorted for you.

From the moment you've received your Gymflux order, you have 14 days to initiate a return for whatever reason that may be. You can initiate your return from our Returns Portal

Please ensure that the product is unwashed, unworn and with all tags still attached before initiating a return as it may be rejected if not.

Products purchased after 26/05/2021 will not be eligible for returns.



From the moment you've received your Gymflux order, you have 14 days to initiate and return your item, for whatever reason that may be. You can initiate your return directly from our Returns Portal or you do so by using the Klarna App.

Please ensure to use the same e-mail address which was used to make the purchase on our website, to log on to the Klarna app.

Please allow up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your return to be delivered and then processed by our returns team.

For the purpose of a smooth return process, we currently are not offering exchanges, we only offer refunds.

All international shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20 GBP.

The estimated EXPRESS delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.

Given the current situation with COVID-19 and the significant increase in global freight charges, regrettably we cannot offer free shipping at this time.
